and used when osProvY1564FlowDstMac is absent in learning table (FDB) to determine the port,
from wich the requests are to be transmitted.
              
If osProvY1564PrflProtocol is equal to l3Protocol(5), then the test cannot be enabled if osProvY1564TxPort
is not equal to 0.
