on this node (osEthServNodeType). For UNI-services it is C_VLAN.
for I-NNI and E-NNI - it is S-VLAN
 The values mean:
 0       - tag is absent
 1..4095 - tag is equal to this value
 4096    - tag exists
 4097    - any tag.
