Trap of Alarm: The VCAT_LOA is an alarm indicating that the delay of the virtual concatenation is over long. This alarm occurs when the delay time of the timeslots bound to a VC trunk exceeds the time allowed by the virtual concatenation delay. The time allowed by the virtual concatenation delay depends on different board types.
