Trap of Alarm: The LCAS_PLCT is an alarm indicating partial loss of capacity in the LCAS transmit direction. When the LCAS function of the VCTRUNK is enabled, in the transmit direction, the number of paths that carry load is less than the number of paths configured and is not zero.
