Trap of Alarm: The EthOamRmtSd is an alarm indicating the remote SD of point-to-point Ethernet OAM. When the port with the OAM protocol enabled receives the link event message from the opposite end which indicates that the remote Ethernet performance degraded, this alarm occurs.
