Indicates the number of leading one bits that form the
mask to be logically ANDed with the destination address
before being compared to the value in the
olsrv2TibRoutingSetDestIpAddr field.
Note: This definition needs to be consistent
with the current forwarding table MIB module description.
Specifically, it SHOULD allow for longest prefix
matching of network addresses.
