Guidance for setting this object may be found
in Section 5 of the OLSRv2 specification (RFC 7181),
which indicates that:
   o The maximum value of
     olsrv2TcHopLimit >= the network diameter
     in hops, a value of 255 is RECOMMENDED.
   o olsrv2TcHopLimit >= 2.
          
This object is persistent, and when written,
the entity SHOULD save the change to
non-volatile storage.
