This object is used to determine whether to generate
an olsrv2MPRSetRecalculationCountChange notification.
This object represents an interval from the present moment,
extending into the past, expressed in hundredths of
a second.  If the change in the value of the
olsrv2MPRSetRecalculationCount object during
that interval has exceeded the value of
olsrv2MPRSetRecalculationCountThreshold, then the
an olsrv2MPRSetRecalculationCountChange notification
is generated.
          
It is RECOMMENDED that the value for this
window be set to at least 5 times the
nhdpHelloInterval.
