oaLdRoadmPortChanSrcPortList

List of Input Port Numbers which Lambda Channels were detected in the Port.
Number of bytes in the Octet String is equal to the value
of [oaLdRoadmNumberOfChannels].
Each Byte in the Octet String includes Input Port Number or
'0' for Output Port or other not relevant Ports.
