column mandatory OctetString 
List of Lambda Channels detected in the Port.
Number of bytes in the Octet String is equal to the value
of [oaLdRoadmNumberOfChannels].
Each Byte in the Octet String includes information about
existence of the Lambda Channel in the Port
(0=does not exist, 1=exists).
