column mandatory Integer32 
A value representing the job control flags.
              
The value is a sum.  This value initially takes the
value zero, then for each job control flag that is set,
2 raised to a power is added to the sum.  The powers
are according to the following table:
              
       8h Service Auto-Start
      10h Execute
      20h Entry Open
      40h User Hold
      80h Operator Hold
