scalar SNMPv2-SMICounter32 
Indicates the number of configuration changes
since the last system boot.
The generation count is used to track the number of times
the running configuration has been changed due to
administrative actions (set/clear), SNMP requests (SET),
XML requests (e.g. WMS).
This object is used within notifications and is not accessible.
