This trap is sent when a client authorizes.
If ntwsClientAccessMode = 'ap':
ntwsApNum, ntwsAPRadioNum, ntwsRadioSSID
identify the AP/radio/BSS providing wireless service to this client
at the time this trap was sent;
ntwsClientRadioType gives the type of radio used by this client.
If ntwsClientAccessMode = 'wired':
ntwsPhysPortNum identifies the physical port on the AC
used by this wired-auth client.
