A list of VLANs that are mapped to the Spanning Tree Instance. 512*8 bits used to represent 4096 vlans. The 0th bit represents vlan 1, 1st bit represents vlan 2 and so forth. If vlan n is mapped to a particular instance then the n-1 indexed bit is set.
