column INET-ADDRESS-MIBInetAddressPrefixLength 
Indicates the number of leading one bits that
form the mask.  The mask is logically ANDed
to the nhdpIib2HopSetIpAddress to determine
the address prefix.  A row match is true
if the address used as an index falls within
the network address range defined by the
address prefix.
