the discovered router, the nhdpDiscIfIndex
of the discovered interface, and the
current set of addresses associated
with this neighbor interface.  The
nhdpDiscIfIndex uniquely identifies
the remote interface address sets
through this table.  It does not need
to be unique across the MANET but MUST
be locally unique within this router.
