Object
When the IF to L-Band converter is inside the device, then both IF and L-Band is available at the same time at the output of the device. This means that 2 independent paramaters exist to define the both frequencies, where this parameter is used to define the L-Band frequency. If this IF to L-Band converter is not present in the device then this configuration parameter will not be applicable.
