The way multicasts should  forwarded  on  this
interface;  not  forwarded,  forwarded  as data
link multicasts, or forwarded as data link uni-
casts.   Data link multicasting is not meaning-
ful on point to point and NBMA interfaces,  and
setting nsOspfMulticastForwarding to 0 effective-
ly disables all multicast forwarding.
