scalar r/w RFC1213-MIBDisplayString 
Configures a global shared secret that is used for all
dynamic authorization clients that do not have an 
individual shared secret key configured.
If agentDynamicAuthorizationEncryptServerKey is
set to true, then the length of this string has to be 
exactly 256 else it can be 1-128.
