Indicates whether or not traffic engineering
is disabled on the interface when traffic
engineering is enabled in the area where the
interface is attached.  The object is set
to the value true (1) to disable traffic engineering
on the interface.  Traffic engineering is enabled
by default on the interface when traffic engineering
is enabled in the area where the interface is
attached.
