column SNMPv2-TCDateAndTime 
The local date and time that this SNTP server was last queried
since agent reboot.  Essentially, this value is a
timestamp for the agentSntpClientUcastServerLastAttemptStatus
object.  If this server has not been queried then this object
MUST return '00000000'H.
