scalar deprecated SNMPv2-SMICounter32 
The total number of bytes received on all the
network interfaces, since the last boot.  This
object returns the least significant 32 bits
of the 64 bit unsigned integer. This object is
deprecated - Use misc64NetRcvdBytes instead.
