   nbsOtnpmThresholdsBberSig x 10^nbsOtnpmThresholdsBberExp
              
A BBER that meets or exceeds this threshold at the end of the
nbsOtnpmThresholdsInterval period triggers the nbsOtnpmTrapsBber
notification.
              
The reserved value 0 disables notifications for this event.
