nbsCmmcSysPingSessionStat

This object controls the activity of the PING process
progress.
If GET idlePing(1) shows that the ping process is idle
If SET idlePing(1) stops an active ping process, if
any.
              
If GET runPing(2) shows  an active ping process.
If SET runPing(2) starts an active ping process, if
none active.
This has to be the last SET in order to activate the
PING process
