Current reset condition, and possible reset types.
notSupported [1] - reported if feature unavailable.
operating [2] - indicates normal operating status.
phy [3] and queue [4] are deprecated.
resetSlot [5] - cold restart, may impact traffic.
initSlot [6] reverts to default settings; init-module.
resetWarm [7] - soft restart, won't hurt traffic.
The value operating [2] is normally returned by GET,
but during a reset operation, the appropriate reset
value [5, 6, or 7] may be returned.
