If telephonyDnsOverrideEnable is disabled, DNS IP addresses are
provisioned by the variables localHostPrimaryDns and localHostSecondaryDns.

If telephonyDnsOverrideEnable is enabled, DNS IP addresses are overridden
by the variables telephonyDnsPrimaryDns and telephonyDnsSecondaryDns.

This is useful when a unit and a networked PC (linked in a LAN with the unit)
need to use a different DNS.
