scalar r/w Unsigned32 
Duration of time that statistics are collected in the
current statistics buffer. At expiration, the current statistics
are added to the cumulated statistics buffer and then reset.
These are units of 5 minutes.
1 = 5 minutes.
12 = 1 hour.
288 = 24 hours.
Changing this value resets all the statistics buffers.
