Indicates the interval at which blank keepalive
messages are sent by the unit to keep a firewall
hole opened.
Keepalive messages are used by both the signaling
protocol socket and the RTP socket to keep those
connections opened through a firewall.
When set to 0, no keep alive packet is sent.
This value is expressed in seconds (s).
