Specifies how this Sip gateway handles the reception of a
'reboot' SIP NOTIFY message.
              
  * Rejected: The 'reboot' notification is rejected on
    reception.
  * Restart: When receiving a 'Reboot' notification, a
    restart of the unit is done.
