Credential Selection Criteria
              
Selects which criterion to use for matching an authentication
request with an authentication entry.
              
  * Unit: The authentication entry is used on all challenges
    that were not matched on a previous entry.
  * Endpoint: The authentication entry is used for all
    challenges related to the endpoint specified in the
    Authentication.EpId parameter.
  * Gateway: The authentication entry is used for all
    challenges related to the gateway specified in the
    Authentication.GatewayName parameter.
  * Username: The authentication entry is used for all
    challenges related to the username specified in the
    Authentication.UsernameCriteria parameter.
