scalar r/w Enumeration 
Indicates the direction attribute and the meaning of the
connection address '0.0.0.0' sent in the SDP when putting
an endpoint on hold.
          
inactive :
   The stream is put on hold by marking it as inactive.
          
sendonly :
   The stream is put on hold by marking it as sendonly.
   This method is in conformance with RFC 3264.
          
This configuration has no effect if the
sipInteropSdpDirectionAttributeEnable
variable is set to 'Disable'.
