when routing an incoming SIP call to a line.
          
disable:
   The username parameter is not ignored when routing an
   incoming SIP call to a line. The parameter is considered
   as part of the username.
          
enable:
   The username parameter is ignored when routing an
   incoming SIP call to a line.
