Source Port
Source port of the incoming packet using the following format:
port[-port].
MinPort-MaxPort specifies a port range.
The default empty string means that no filtering is applied on
the source port thus matching any port.
This parameter is only effective when the SNatRules.Protocol
parameter is set to Tcp or Udp.
