Source port[-port] criteria an incoming packet must have to
match this rule.
              
MinPort-MaxPort specifies a port range.
              
An empty string means that no filtering is applied on the
source port thus matching any port.
              
This parameter is only effective when the
DNatRulesStatus.Protocol parameter is set to Tcp or Udp.
