Object
enable(1): The lease time used for DHCP server is the one defined
in the variable ipRoutingDhcpServerNoWanLeaseTime when the WAN
link is down.
disable(0): The lease time used is the one defined in the
ipRoutingDhcpServerLeaseTime variable for the DHCP server.
This variable's semantics are different depending on protocol and/or
hardware platforms.
