scalar r/w MX-TCMxEnableState
enable(1): If the ipRoutingDhcpServerDnsFallbackEnable variable is
enabled and the WAN link is down, the DHCP server will return
localHostStaticPrimaryDns and localHostStaticSecondaryDns values
as DNS server.
          
disable(0): If the ipRoutingDhcpServerDnsFallbackEnable is disabled,
the variable localHostSelectConfigSource indicates the provisioning
source for the localHost objects: localHostPrimaryDns and
localHostSecondaryDns.
          
The DNS fallback feature is only available in NAT and Normal IP routing
mode (defined in the variable ipRoutingMode) and when DHCP server is
enabled (defined in the variable ipRoutingDhcpServerEnable).
          
This variable's semantics are different depending on protocol and/or
hardware platforms.
