Object
Determines whether call clearing occurs as soon as the called user
is the first to hang up a received call. This variable has no
effect when the user acts as the calling party.
disable: The unit signals the end of the call as soon as the user
hangs up.
enable: When the user is the first to hang up on a received call, the unit
waits for the amount of time provisioned in the fxsCalleeHangupDelay
variable before signaling the end of the call.
