The amount of time, in seconds, the unit waits after the
called user hangs up before signaling the end of the call.
This delay is effective only when the fxsCalleeHangupSupervision variable is
enabled and the user is the called party. When the user acts as the
calling party, the call ends as soon as the user hangs up.
