Defines the configuration to use for a specific endpoint.
              
  * Disable: The endpoint uses the default configuration as
    defined in the DefaultDelayedHotlineEnable,
    DefaultDelayedHotlineCondition and
    DefaultDelayedHotlineTargetAddress parameters.
  * Enable: The endpoint uses the specific configuration as
    defined in the EpSpecificDelayedHotline.Enable,
    EpSpecificDelayedHotline.Condition and
    EpSpecificDelayedHotline.TargetAddress parameters.
