digitMapPrefixedDigitRemovalCount

Post-Dial number modification. This leaf
specifies the amount of digits to remove from the
beginning of the dialed number, after dialing, but
before starting the call.
              
For example, when dialing '1-819-xxx-xxxx',
specifying a value of '4' would mean that the call
is started using the number 'xxx-xxxx'.
              
Also see digitMapPrependedString and
digitMapSuffixStringToRemove.
              
This rule is applied BEFORE applying both
digitMapSuffixStringToRemove and
digitMapPrependedString.
