Periodic Transfer
          
Enables the automatic periodic configuration scripts transfer.
This requires that the device time is correctly set, which can
be done with the HOC service.
          
  * Enable: Configuration scripts are automatically
    transferred periodically.
  * Disable: Configuration scripts transfer is not periodic.
