TEnable/Disable alarm and trapgeneration on RSL degradationbelow user defined threshold.If enabled, trap and alarm willbe generated when current RSLlevel degrades below userdefined threshold for 5subsequent seconds. Alarm willbe cleared after RSL level staysabove the threshold for at leastanother 5 seconds. Thresholdis calculated as a nominal RSLlevel minus the degradationmargin.
