This object counts the number of mLDP FECs sent on this
session. If the FEC is withdrawn, then this number is
decremented.
Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur
at re-initialization of the management system, and at
other times as indicated by the value of
mplsLdpSessionDiscontinuityTime.
