scalar r/w SNMPv2-SMIIpAddress
Indicates if unknown requested options values should
be obtained from another DHCP server (if possible).
Adequate values are:
- a specific IP address of a known DHCP server
- a IP address specifiying the interface on which
  the DHCP server should be found (using broadcast).
  i.e. 0.0.0.x where x is the interface logical ID.
- 255.255.255.255: broadcast on all interfaces.
- 0.0.0.0: the feature is disabled.
