This value is the Sunday of the month that Daylight Savings Time ends. It affects the local time operation of any optional IRIG timecode outputs or the optional front panel vacuum fluorescent display. It is only pertinent when gntpTimeMode is set to LOCAL. It DOES NOT affect the Linux OS clock or the NTP sub-system. Both of these are ALWAYS UTC.
