column SNMPv2-SMICounter64 
The total number of datagrams successfully delivered to IP
user-protocols (including ICMP). This object counts the same packets as
ipSystemStatsInDelivers, but allows for larger values.
              
Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at
re-initialization of the system, and at other times as indicated by the
value of DiscontinuityTime.
