scalar SNMPv2-SMICounter64 
The total number of octets received in input IP datagrams, including
those received in error. This object counts the same octets as
InOctets, but allows for larger value.
          
Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at
re-initialization of the system, and at other times as indicated by the
value of DiscontinuityTime.
