The specified ARP sender IP address. The packets sender address is
AND-ed with the value of ArpSenderIpMask and then compared with the
value of this object. If ArpSenderIp and ArpSrcIpMask are 0.0.0.0, this
entry matches any sender IP address. This object can only be configured
if FrameType is arp(4).
