scalar r/w ME1200AclAceFlagOpcode 
Indicates how a ARP packet's hardware address space field (HRD) is to
be compared. The value 0 means any HRD value is allowed (don't-care
field), value 1 means HRD is not equal to Ethernet (1) and value 2
means HRD is equal to Ethernet (1). This object can only be configured
if FrameType is arp(4).
