Object

column SNMPv2-TCTruthValue 
This object indicates the current traffic-shaping state. When 
traffic-shaping is enabled and the traffic rate exceeds the shape 
rate, traffic-shaping is considered to be active.  Otherwise, it 
is considered inactive.
